Dr. Kelsey Byers will talk about pollination, the magical - and not always friendly! - partnership between plants and animals.
More than four fifths of the world's flowering plants depend on animal pollinators to reproduce.
Kelsey will talk about the evolution of animal pollination and why as humans we should care about it too, as well as the history of studying
pollination and how plants manage to attract their animal visitors.
The talk will finish with some tips on how we can help native UK pollinators in our own back gardens."
