Not receiving Emails from u3a?
If you are not receiving the newsletter or any emails from Wymondham u3a that are sent to everyone or to your group then there may be a number of reasons why this is happening.
- The most common reason is that your email host is filtering them out as spam, but not rejecting them as spam - if there is a spam folder then they are probably in there. If you find them there make sure you mark such emails as not spam, as it learns from your actions.
- Your email host is rejecting them as spam. You should create a new email contact: noreply@u3abeacon.org.uk in your address book.
- If you are not getting any emails from anyone than you may have run out of disk space.
- If you have changed your email address then it needs updating on the system. Let the membership secretary or change it yourself if you have a beacon account already.
