English Country and folk dancing gives you the opportunity for gentle exercise
(sometimes a little bit quicker) with socialising with old and new friends and also making use of your brain cells , there will be lots of laughter
wear normal casual clothing and preferably flat shoes small heels ok
All you need are two left feet and a sense of humour
English Country Dancing is Fun and Friendship set to music
There will be a couple of Absolute Beginner Line Dances at the end.
