We are a small group learning Old English in bite-size monthly sessions. It is led by Gilly Spencer and Chris Henderson, neither of whom has any qualification in the subject, who are learning with the other members of the group. The intention is to discover the foundations and influences which led to the New English we and millions of people around the world speak today.
